1 Exploratory conversation:
The constructor will discuss your wishes with you. Where do you want to build?
Do you already have a preliminary design or do you base yourself on one of the designs? How many bedrooms do you want? How many bathrooms? Would you like a garage? How big should the pool be? All your needs are mapped out together with the constructor and possibly the architect.
2 What is your budget?
Depending on your needs and wishes, a concise price offer and a basic plan with accompanying 3D drawing are made.
After drawing up the plan and a concise price offer, the constructor searches for the suitable building plot.
You will view the possibilities in Spain based on your wishes and budget.
3 Purchase
After finding the ideal location, the land is purchased and at the same time the administrative mill is set in motion, such as further elaborating the plan, applying for a building permit, drawing up planning for the works, etc.
So that after signing the deed of the land as little time as possible is lost to start the construction works.
When submitting the building application, it takes about 12 months before the house is ready to move in.
