You probably only build a house in Spain once in your life and there is a lot involved in the building process. We understand that very well, and that is why it is our mission to deliver your finished home carefree and transparently.

How does he proceed?

1 First meeting:

You discuss your wishes together in your first meeting. Where do you want to build?

Do you already have a preliminary design or do we base ourselves on one of our designs? How many bedrooms do you want? How many bathrooms? Do you want a garage? How large should the swimming pool be? All your needs are mapped.

2 What is your budget?

After your first discussion, you receive a concise price quotation and a basic plan with accompanying 3D drawing based on your needs and wishes.

After drawing up the plan and concise price offer, he will look for the suitable building plot together.

 

3 Purchase

After finding the ideal location, the land is purchased and at the same time the administrative mill is set in motion, such as further development of the plan, application for a building permit, preparation of the planning for the works, etc.

So that after signing the deed of the land as little time as possible is lost to start the construction works.

When submitting the building application, it takes around 12 months for the home to be ready.
